Description
This boat has been completely restored to near bristol condition and in many respects to better than new condition by its current and previous owners who have completely rewired the boat and replaced or upgraded most of its mechanical and electrical equipment using professional marine craftsmen and yacht grade equipment. It is the two (2) stateroom model of this sought after convertible from Chris-Craft which allows you to use it either as a tournament grade sport fisher or as a comfortable family cruiser. It features the new more up-to-date exterior design for the Commander series that Chris Craft first introduced in 1986 while retaining the much preferred 382 layout inside with a galley up configuration a larger salon with seating for five (5) and gobs of counter space. Pride of ownership is evident the minute you see its glossy gel coat and polished stainless gleaming in the sun and its new navy blue canvas and crystal clear isinglass. Most of the interior teak has been varnished wet sanded and then buffed to a high gloss!!! With seating for five (5) the salon features two leather occasional chairs and a convertible (single berth) L shaped settee in vanilla colored Ultra Leather with excellent 360 degree visibility out of the front side and rear glass windows plus a teak high/low table. The engine room sparkles with its aluminum diamond plate clad floors stringers and supports and its polished stainless steel engine belt and fuel tank covers. Two (2) 12 Furuno Navnet video displays are the highlight of its up-to-date professional grade electronics. A recent engine survey by a top Caterpillar mechanic concluded that the engines are in excellent condition. This is truly a unique boat in move in condition that is ready for many years of fishing and cruising enjoyment. Your To-Do list after you purchase this boat will be extremely short if non-existent! Sellers are motivated. Bring all offers!
